Clemons, NY 12819 is a Hamlet of Washington County's Town of Dresden.
Located just over 8 miles north of Whitehall, NY; the birthplace of the U.S. Navy. Approx 17 miles south of historic Ticonderoga, NY. East of Historic Route 22 overlooking Southern Lake Champlain between Buoys 18 & 22, west of Maple Bend Island.
From the Jct of U.S. Route 22, and CR-6,[CR-6 leads to Huletts Landing, another hamlet of the Town of Dresden, on the Northern Basin of Lake George]. CR-6 is just before the Clemons, NY 12819 Post Office(co-located with Real Estate Innovations) Our location is 1.5 mile north on the right, just past Boss Road(east of U.S. Route 22 on Ottenburgh Rd) Our office is located near the end of the paved road in the Garage building.

From the South,
take the Northway I-87 North
to Route 149 East,
East on Route 4 to Whitehall, NY
From the Route 4 & 22 Jct in Whitehall, NY go North towards Ticonderoga almost 9 miles. Just past Boss Rd on the right, Take a Right on Ottenburgh Road approx 7/10ths mile to our our waterfront location. (Historic Ticonderoga & Walmart is about 17 miles north of our location).

South Directions :
From the North,
take 87 South to Route 74,
Route 22 South approx 17 miles, left on Ottenburgh Road, approx 7/10ths mile to our waterfront location.

East Directions :
From the East,
take Route 4 West to Whitehall, NY
Take a right on Route 22 North towards Ticonderoga almost 9 miles. Turn Right on Ottenburgh Road approx 7/10ths mile to our waterfront location.

****Note: although there are a number of campsites near the waterfront area, there are also about 4 full hook up sites on the south side of Ottenburgh Rd, right next to approx 5 electrical meters. about 1/2 way down Ottenburgh Rd on the right
Our office is in the Garage building near the eastern end of Ottenburgh.(at the end of the paved road)
Use caution when crossing the railroad tracks with your boat trailer, My seasonal campers suggest crossing the tracks at a slight angle to avoid dragging, or getting hung up on the tracks. (The FREE DEC public boat launch at South Bay is about 6 miles south of our location).
